Services Provided
Knox Paws Pet Taxi provides local pet transportation services for domestic animals. Services include transport to veterinary appointments, grooming, daycare, boarding, pet friendly events, and other short distance destinations within the service area.
Knox Paws does not provide medical treatment, training, or long distance transport.
Eligibility
By booking services, you confirm that you are the legal owner or authorized caretaker of the pet being transported and that your pet is safe to travel.
Pet Health and Behavior
Pets must be in reasonable health to travel. Any known medical conditions, behavioral concerns, or special handling instructions must be disclosed before transport.
Knox Paws reserves the right to refuse service if a pet appears unsafe to transport or poses a risk to itself or others.

Bookings are subject to availability. Same day and emergency requests will be handled on a best effort basis.
Cancellations should be made as early as possible. Repeated no shows may result in refusal of future service.
Payment
Payment terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. All fees are due as agreed before or at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Liability
Knox Paws will take reasonable care to transport pets safely and responsibly. However, Knox Paws is not responsible for pre existing medical conditions, unforeseen emergencies, or issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the pet owner.
By using this service, you agree to release Knox Paws from liability except in cases of gross negligence.
